Enjoy Some Gift Shopping At Heathrow Airport By escada.perfumes-mall.com
Shops in Heathrow Each of the terminals is divided into public and passenger areas; public areas can be visited by anyone, and you can enter passenger areas if you have a valid boarding card and have passed through a security check. It's usually recommended to get your gifts and souvenirs on your return journey, so that you don't have to lug them around during your trip. That being said it may sometimes be wise to pick the gifts up on arrival as the return journey can sometimes be a frantic affair with no time to go shopping. Terminal 1: There isn't too much to find in the public areas except for a Boots and a WHSmith. WHSmith has a great range of different products for sale that may prove useful during your journey but probably won't have that extra special something. There is much more to find once you have passed through Security. For fashion and accessories you can find Burberry, high fashion for both men and women; French Connection, for holiday wear; and a number of other such as Bally, Barbour, Collection, Fat Face, Hugo Boss/Hugo Boss Women, LK Bennett, and Mulberry. For edible (and drinkable) treats there is the Caviar House & Prunier, with caviar, foie gras and other fine foods; there is also the Chocolate Box and the World of Whiskies which are pretty self explanatory. For watches and jewellery there is Gassan, Goldsmiths and Omega; for skincare and perfume there is Cocoon and the Perfume Gallery; for kids toys there is Hamleys; and for some more miscellaneous gifts there is Glorious Britain and Links of London. Terminal 2: Before Security there's another WHSmiths, The Body Shop and Whittard of Chelsea which do fine teas, shortbread, confectionery and china gifts. After Security there are many of the same shops as could be found in Terminal 1 such as Bally, Barbour, Burberry, Gassan, Hamleys, and so on, but a few other shops you can find here include The Pen Shop, Thomas Pink, for luxury shirts, ties and cufflinks; and for something really British, head into Fortnum & Mason for some quintessentially English tea ranges including Royal Blend tea, English honeys, Rose Petal jelly. Terminal 3: Terminal 3 has a Tie Rack and a Glorious Britain shop which has all the little knick knacks that can make ideal souvenirs. Passing through security you'll find that this terminal has its own branches of some previously mentioned
shops such as Bally, Barbour, Burberry, Caviar House & Prunier, Chocolate Box, etc. Some other shops that you can find here include Emporio Armani, Ermenegildo Zegna, Gucci, Hermès and Versace, for fashion; Smythson and Montblanc, for stationary gifts; and Swatch, Mappin & Webb and Cartier, for jewellery and watches. Terminal 4: Nothing of note before security and not as much after security as in the larger terminals. It has its own Burberry, Cartier, Chocolate Box, Mulberry, and Thomas Pink. The Terminal has a Dixons, which has many technology type products and if you purchase something that is too cumbersome to carry with you, then, there is a delivery service available. Others shops found here include Escada, JD, Salvatore Ferragamo and Tumi, which all fall in the fashion or accessory categories. Terminal 5: Definitely has the most before Security with units such as Accessorise, a Glorious Britain, and a Bulgari, good for jewellery and leather goods. After security in Terminal 5 you'll find the western world's first airport based Tiffany & Co., world famous jewellers. Other shiny gift ideas can be found at Links of London and Mappin & Webb. Another world's first is the PC World terminal store which may very well have the perfect gift for those who loves their gadgets and technology. For other techy gifts there's a Dixons, a Sony store and a Nokia store in the terminal as well. Something that is quite unique if you're looking for a gift for a smoker is the Cigar House, which stocks products from Cuba, Honduras and the Dominican Republic. This terminal also has its own Chocolate Box, Glorious Britain, World of Whiskies, and all the fashion shops (Dior, Gucci, Prada, Reiss and many more). This is not an exhaustive list of the shops available in the airport, but should give you an idea of what you can find no matter which terminal you are passing through.
